Your Rights, Your Responsibilities, Our Commitments

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "88bbbet" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 88bbbet.app, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and affiliated services.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has created a verified account on 88bbbet or who accesses any feature of the Platform whether or not a registered account exists.
• "Account" refers to a registered, verified 88bbbet player profile associated with a unique username, mobile number, and CNIC identity record.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the functional currency of all financial transactions on 88bbbet for Pakistan-based players.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback award, or other non-cash incentive issued to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements and the conditions of the specific offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total value of real-money bets a Player must place before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process involving submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and supporting documentation required by 88bbbet before withdrawals are authorised.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to a voluntary, account-holder-initiated restriction that prevents a Player from accessing 88bbbet games and wagering functions for a defined or indefinite period.

By completing the 88bbbet account registration process, by making a deposit, or by placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all clauses contained herein.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account on 88bbbet, must not deposit any funds, and must cease using the Platform immediately. Continued use of 88bbbet after the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on 88bbbet. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances derived from bonus activity.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number (03xx format), and a working email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any detail changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88bbbet login credentials. You agree to notify 88bbbet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 88bbbet will not be liable for any loss arising from failure to maintain password confidentiality where 2FA was available but not activated by the Player.

88bbbet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

Use of the 88bbbet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. 88bbbet takes its age restriction obligations seriously and will not knowingly provide services to minors.

All Players must complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal request can be processed. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear photograph of the front and back of a valid Pakistani CNIC;
• A recent selfie photograph in which the Player holds the CNIC alongside their face for matching purposes;

88bbbet may request enhanced due diligence documentation from any Player at any time in connection with large transactions, unusual account activity, or regulatory requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account restriction pending compliance review.

88bbbet accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Pakistan-based players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. 88bbbet does not accept cash deposits or payments through unverified third-party intermediaries.

All PKR deposits are credited to your 88bbbet wallet instantly following confirmation by the payment provider. 88bbbet charges no deposit fees on its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Funds deposited on 88bbbet are for the purpose of gaming and entertainment only. 88bbbet does not function as a financial institution, savings vehicle, or payment processing service. Deposits must not be made using funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any other unlawful source. 88bbbet reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring and to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal requests from verified 88bbbet accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Where method matching is not possible, 88bbbet support will work with the Player to identify an appropriate alternative that satisfies anti-money-laundering requirements.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bronze Members: Within 4 hours of approval, subject to KYC completion;
• Silver Members: Within 2 hours of approval, priority queue applied;
• Gold VIP Members: Within 30 minutes of approval, expedited processing guaranteed.

Withdrawal requests may be held for additional review if the account has pending KYC documentation, if the withdrawal amount exceeds the Player's standard daily limit, if the account has recently been flagged for unusual activity, or if a bonus is active with unsatisfied wagering requirements. In such cases, 88bbbet support will contact the Player via registered email or live chat to explain the delay and the steps required for release.

88bbbet does not charge withdrawal fees on its side for standard PKR payment methods. USDT TRC20 withdrawals may carry a network gas fee that is deducted from the withdrawal amount as disclosed in the cashier at the time of request.

88bbbet offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free spins, VIP milestone gifts, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own specific Terms which are published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific Terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific Terms shall take precedence with respect to that particular offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 88bbbet promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Players who exhibit betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without generating genuine gaming risk — including but not limited to low-variance wagering, hedge betting, and systematic exploitation of multi-outcome bets — may have bonuses revoked and winnings voided;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonuses expire at the end of their validity period and cannot be extended;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless 88bbbet expressly states otherwise for a specific promotion;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements;
• 88bbbet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a Player, provided that any bonus already credited and partially wagered will continue to be honoured under the terms in force at the time of activation.

All games available on 88bbbet — including jackpot slots, live casino tables, Cockfighting markets, sports betting, and PUBG Mobile tournament entries — are governed by the specific rules published within each game or game category. By placing a bet, the Player confirms acceptance of the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of any game or bet, 88bbbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. 88bbbet will not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors that fall outside its reasonable operational control, including server infrastructure failures, third-party game provider outages, or network interruptions on the Player's side.

Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the 88bbbet system are binding. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player. Settlement of bets will be made in accordance with the published rules of the applicable game or sport at the time the bet was accepted.

For live sports betting markets, 88bbbet reserves the right to suspend a market at any time without prior notice if circumstances warrant it, including but not limited to: match suspension, technical issues with data feeds, or suspected market manipulation. Suspended markets will be settled using the information available at the point of suspension in accordance with applicable sports betting rules.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 88bbbet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances derived from prohibited activity, and where legally appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, or using an account on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation from 88bbbet;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool that allows betting without direct manual interaction;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live poker, or coordinate bets to exploit promotional offers;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using 88bbbet as a mechanism for money laundering;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploitation of a verified technical error will be voided;
• Abusing the 88bbbet support system, including submitting false complaints, threatening support staff, or making fraudulent chargeback claims via payment providers.

88bbbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC within stipulated timeframes, Player self-exclusion requests, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or Terms breach, 88bbbet will conduct an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld PKR balance will be made available for withdrawal. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of funds derived from the breach may be applied and the account will remain closed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 88bbbet account in good standing may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance not tied to unsatisfied wagering requirements will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method before closure is finalised.

88bbbet is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides the following tools which any Player may activate at any time from their account settings or by contacting 88bbbet support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps that restrict how much can be added to your account within the selected period;
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic session terminations when a Player has been logged in continuously beyond a self-set duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions lasting between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the Player cannot log in or wager;

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 88bbbet platform solely for their personal, recreational gaming activities. This licence does not extend to reproducing, republishing, scraping, distributing, or commercially exploiting any 88bbbet content without prior written consent from 88bbbet. 88bbbet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 88bbbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

88bbbet accepts no liability for losses arising from: the Player's own decisions regarding betting amounts and game selection; technical disruptions caused by the Player's own network or device; or events beyond 88bbbet's reasonable control including acts of God, regulatory interventions, or payment provider system failures.

88bbbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 88bbbet — including your CNIC details, mobile number, email address, transaction history, and game play history — is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. 88bbbet does not sell Player personal data to third parties and does not share it with advertising networks.

88bbbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to the Agreement, 88bbbet will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to all registered Players via the email address registered on each account and through a prominent notice published on the 88bbbet website.

If a Player does not agree with a proposed amendment, they may close their account before the amendment takes effect and withdraw their PKR balance under the existing Terms. Continued use of the 88bbbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the sole governing language of this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any other language translation that may be made available for reference, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 88bbbet, the Player should first contact the 88bbbet support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 88bbbet is committed to reviewing all Player complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by 88bbbet's operational licencing arrangements. Players retain any statutory rights they may hold under applicable consumer protection law regardless of any provision in this Agreement.
